30-Day Return Policy – Most Items
Products not eligible for our 30-day return policy will be specified in the “Product Description” or on the seller’s shop page. Otherwise, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, you will be issued an exchange or full refund.
Returned or exchanged items must be in brand new, unused, unwashed and resalable condition. All exchanges and returns must be sent back in the original packaging with any accessories, tags, stickers and/or extras that were included with the shipment.
Unless otherwise noted, returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We cannot accept returns without an RMA. To obtain an RMA, please send us an email at email@example.com.
7 Day Jewelry Returns
If for some reason you are unhappy with your jewelry and would like to exchange it, please email us immediately as we are always willing to accommodate jewelry exchanges or refunds up to 7 days after it was received (unless custom ordered – see below). To be eligible for an exchange or refund, items must be unworn and returned with the original packaging. Returned items should be securely boxed and insured when shipped.
No Returns on Custom Orders or Swim/Under Garments
Special orders are crafted just for you, based on your specifications. Because these items were made for you, we cannot accept returns on custom or special orders. Bathing suits and undergarments are also ineligible for returns.
